Should I say? "Chairman and CEO, IAC
Chairman, Expedia, Inc.

Barry Diller is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of IAC, and Chairman of Expedia, Inc ''

Does it make any difference? DOes it change the fact that he might have power enough to make EXPEDIA a honest Company?

Barry Diller is not the CEO of Expedia... having gross errors like this on your website doesn't help your credibility.

I love your site. I found your blog via Google while searching for omni hotel chicago and your post regarding Tiemblen latinos (sobre todos Espanoles) looks very interesting to me. It really looks very nice. The articles provided are long enough to provide great content but not so long as to be totally engrossing, if you know what I mean.

My case has nothing to do with "fine prints" or "rules and restrictions" . EXPEDIA failed to provide a service and instead of fixing they tried to fraudulently keep 1254.95 U$D from my credit card.
That was and attempt to commit fraud. THus, EXPEDIA is a scammer that , in my case, failed miserably.

On the other hand, If I'm no telling the truth about my case ( http://www.victimsofexpedia.com/mycase.htm ) why EXPEDIA is not suing me for libel and slander?

2. Expedia is one of the best travel site you cant trust into.
It may not be the most affordable, but you can get the best service fromits vendors in parallel with the money you paid.

3. You must read the whole restriction of your reservation which will be shown just before the page where you put in your credit card information. Make sure to read that page so that you'll know where your money goes.

4. Once your credit card has been charged, vendors ( airline, hotels, etc..) takes the money immediately out of your credit card. It is not Expedia who is charging you for the reservation! Yes, it has a little commission but it only takes $5.00 booking fee for your flight ( you can check it on yoru itinerary) and the whole remaining amount was taken by the airline. This is why Expedia is having troubles giving you back your money once it has been booked because they would have to BEG the airline reprecentatives and the hotel managers to refund back your money.

5. You're intelligent, I'm sure of that..so better read rules and restrictions before your book any single reservation with Expedia.

6. Im sure Expedia value your frustrations about your travel and opinions ,but these things won't get any worse if you are responsible yourself. Make sure where your money goes.

They cure of this all is :
READ THE RULES & RESTRCITIONS!
